Tuesday morning started at 4:30 AM.

Not because I’m a morning person....But because I fell asleep before finishing my kids’ St. Patrick’s Day shirts.

I thought it would be a quick "cut and press."

It was a total system failure.

Here’s the breakdown of everything that went wrong:

• The heat press wasn’t hot enough (vinyl started lifting).
• I forgot to mirror the design (classic 4:00 AM mistake).
• My Cricut decided it didn't want to "connect" to Bluetooth.
• I ripped the design during a frantic weeding session.
• The heat press kept tripping the breaker.

There were definitely a few curse words involved.

Despite all that I was able to pivot and fix every.single.issue

By 6:15 AM, the shirts were done.

My son loved his. My daughter informed me hers "should’ve been green instead of black."

Honestly... she’s right.

But seeing them walk into school wearing something I designed and made? That’s the win.

But I have to know... am I the only one who ends up in the '4:00 AM Club' because of a last-minute project?
